Auto Club Speedway
Auto Club Speedway is Southern California’s home to NASCAR Sprint Cup racing including the Auto Club 500 held in March. The Speedway features a two-mile D-shaped oval with 14 degree banking in the turns, 11 degree banking on the front, and 3 degree banking on the backstretch. Located on the site of the former Kaiser Steel mill, the track has additional configurations and facilities to accommodate road races, motorcycle races, vehicle testing, and drag races. El Mirage Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation Area
The El Mirage Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) Recreation Area is located in the Mojave Desert on the western edge of San Bernardino County near the Los Angeles County Line. This off-highway vehicle area attracts a variety of activities.
The areas of interests include El Mirage Dry Lakebed, the Shadow Mountains, El Mirage Basin, and the Twin Hills area. This makes up a 24,000-acre recreational area composed of public and private land. Lake Elsinore Motorcross Park
The Elsinore facility can accommodate all riders levels, from beginner to pro. The dirt is mostly hard packed due to the type of soil and the inability for the facility owners to import any type of dirt (sand) because of the operating restrictions the owners must follow. The tracks are prepped and watered as the need arises.
