Downtown Redlands – Safe Trick-or-Treat

October 31st 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Historic Downtown Redlands offers Halloween treats. The City of Redlands will again provide safe trick-or-treating in Historic Downtown Redlands this Halloween, Oct. 31, from 3 to 4 p.m. City volunteers and Downtown storefronts will be distributing candy while supplies last. Come to join in on the fun festivities then walk to one of our delicious Downtown eateries for dinner.
